Das Hotel ist ein altes Grand Hotel, was aber heute nur noch vier Sterne hat und diese sind bei vielen Zimmern auch nicht mehr ok. Der Trackt wo wir untergebracht waren, war generell stark renovierungsbedürftigt. Andere Bereiche sind aber wunderschön und top in Schuss. Das Hotel hat vor allem eine Top Lage.
Das Zimmer war stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad so gerade noch nutzbar. Die Betten waren aber sehr gut.
Wir hatten Abends noch einen Drink an der Bar genommen und im Astoria gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und später der Kuchen war OK. Für ungarische Verhältnisse war es allerdings extrem teuer.
Der Service war wechselhaft. Zwischen ignorieren a la Kommunismus, unfreundlich, kalt aber professionell und sehr freundlich war alles bei.

I am glad that you found the location to be great and our deluxe rooms to be in top condition. The good news is that we are going to renovate all of our standard rooms soon. On the other hand, I am deeply sorry that not everything could meet your expectations, I would like to apologize for your discomfort. Please note that we are working extraordinarily hard to be able to make the necessary improvements and to maintain the high standard of the hotel.
