Dear sir/madam, All the comments you have made about our hotel has been checked from our management and you will see the explanation down below You have said that many of our guests have been ill. You have also stayed at the same time with the other guest. You should have been ill at the same time with them. Which we have no report about your self in any department yet. Because of the whether conditions has keep changing unexpectedly last week in bodrum many people got ill. You can not accuse us for this reason. in our resort we have checking all of our departments regularly especially our kitchen has sending sample of all the food has been cooked everyday to the laboratory so we are % 100 sure that it has nothing to do with us. Any way if that was anything to do with hygiene we should be closed by our government at least for 5 days. Until so far we had no such as problem like this that’s why we are still open and running non stop and the only hotel in the vicinity. If you would to make your complains to our management during in your staying at our hotel, than we would try to sort your problems and try to keep you happy. Kindest regards,
