Der Kirchheimerhof - Superior Refugium

The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice. Should I say something negative is that smoke should be forbidden on the balconies and also outside the entrantrance door because If you have the room just over the hall, you can't keep the balcony doors open as smoke always come in. We come to beautiful green Austria to breath pure oxigen and not smoke.

we have got a suite this year but did not like it as much as we liked the double room we had in the past in the central body of the hotel. This part of the hotel has been recently renovated and it is very cozy. We really adore it and it costs less than the suite! On the other hand, the suite is nice but bed was noisy and TV set did not work well. Also the channels in italian language are not registered consecutively (so we had nr 14 18 32, 42....). Shower plastic caps would be highly appreciated in the bathroom.

Food was good. we have been here in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and all the times appreciated the cuisine. Especially the deserts.

At the restaurant I did not like very much the service because most of the times we couldn't get our drinks before the food. So we always ended our buffet vegetables without anything to drink. I think at least water should be on all tables even before guests arrive. Also, the cost of drinks is exaggerated.

The position of the hotel is the best of whole BKK

Both pools are nice and the sauna area is very efficient and comfortable. The relaxing area over the sauna area is something real special. Maybe someone should watch over the kids and make sure that the loud they made is not excessive.
