Das Hotel ist auf Gewinnmaximierungen ausgelegt. Keinerlei Herzblut. Vom Gefühl her macht nur jeder seinen Job. Für das Essen würde sich jeder Koch schämen.
Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer. Das sehr geräumig war. Leider ging der Fernseher nicht. Trotz Beschwerde konnte er sich nicht repariert werden.
Das Essen war kalt. Es schmecke zu 90 %. Außergewöhnlich schlecht. Die Nudeln wahren nicht gar. Das Restaurant war total überbelegt. Es ist eine Schande aus so guten Lebensmitteln so schlechtes Essen zu kochen.
Die Lage ist gut. Kurze Wege zum Skilift. Leider sehr kleiner Ort.

Our restaurant service is wisely managed by the Food & Beverage office, that daily chooses the best raw materials in order to provide our guests with various and tasteful menus. We actually are very sorry you didn’t enjoy it. The average temperature in the swimming pool is around 28 degrees, as prescribed in the official regulation. After your report, the television was actually reprogrammed by the caretaker. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the convenient location of Blu Hotel Senales and the nice and modern wellness centre of the hotel.
