We understand this may differ from other hotels, but it is standard practice here. The fridge is meant for you to store your own drinks and food, not as a minibar. Apologies if this was unclear. Yes, the safe does have a charge, which is clearly communicated before booking, as are all additional costs. Your comment about everything being important except the guests is both unnecessary and inaccurate. We strive to offer great service and accommodate all our guests' needs.
