Definitiv kein 5 Sterne Standard. Essen im Buffet Restaurant enttäuschend. Service Personal freundlich aber überfordert. Viel Schlange stehen am Restaurant. Pools nicht geheizt und daher Anfang Juni nicht wirklich nutzbar. Zimmer immer etwas feucht, sehr hellhörig. Würden es definitiv nicht empfehlen.

While I welcome constructive feedback and take it seriously, I was quite surprised by your rating. I feel that a 2 out of 6 does not fairly reflect the overall standard and quality of the services and facilities I strive to provide, especially considering the many positive aspects other guests have highlighted. Regarding your concerns: I regret that the buffet did not meet your preferences and that you experienced longer wait times. During peak dining hours, our team does its best to manage the flow and maintain a pleasant dining experience for everyone. As for the pools, it’s true they are not heated, which is stated in our hotel description. However, I understand how this could affect your comfort depending on the weather. Concerning your comment about the rooms being noisy and damp, I’d like to clarify that this is not typical of our accommodations. While occasional disturbances may occur depending on room location or external factors, it is not a widespread issue, and we are always happy to assist guests in addressing such concerns during their stay. I’m pleased to hear that you found the staff friendly, and I hope there were still some enjoyable moments during your time with us.
