Each room is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our housekeeping team prior to a guest's arrival and on a daily basis. However, we will look into the matter in order to find out what may have gone wrong in your case based on your feedback. All our rooms are equipped with double-glazed balcony doors, which, when kept closed, help provide a quieter environment for guests.
