Es ist ein Hotel, das bei internationalen Gästen beliebt ist. Für Familien wird sehr viel getan. Gebucht war Esperides Beach, auf Empehlung des Reisebüros, es steht aber Esperides Family Resort dran. Kein Hotel für Paare. Schlechter Zugang ins Meer ( grosse Kiesel und eine Felsenbank in Ufernähe). Wer als Erwachsener hier Ruhe sucht, sucht vergeblich.
Die internationale Regel: Handtücher auf dem Badezimmerboden - bitte neue und Handtücher auf dem Haken - wir benutzen die alten noch weiter, wurde rigoros ignoriert. Wir bekamen täglich neue Handtücher, selbst dann noch, als wir der Gästebetreuerin gesagt hatten, dass der tägliche Wechsel nicht nötig sei.
Durch die Unmenge an Plastikbechern, die für die Getränke verbraucht werden, liegt die Ökobilanz des Hotel eher im roten Bereich - man feierte aber einen Umwelttag ;)
Das Hotel liegt nur 25 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen entfernt, die Fahrzeit verlängerte sich aber auf 60 Minuten, da vorher noch viele andere Hotels angefahren wurden.

Given the opportunity we would like to mention that the use of plastic cups in some of our food and beverage departments that are located close to the pool is necessary for safety reasons since many of our guests, children as well as adults, walk barefooted around the pool. Our prime concern is the health and safety of our guests though we would like to assure you that we do actively care about the environment and as a result we have been awarded with many environmental and quality awards during the years of our operation, like for example the international Blue Flag award. We would like to assure you that our only goal is that all our guests enjoy their holidays with us. As a Hotel with a long tradition in the hospitality sector, our establishment is a very popular destination for families as well as for couples and singles, and the feedback that we get, through their reviews is very positive.
