Badezimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig und starker Geruch durch Abfluss im Badezimmer-Boden und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zimmer extrem hellhörig und in der Nacht sehr laut und störend wenn jemand am Flur unterwegs ist bzw. Lärm aus Nachbarzimmern. Pool und Kinderplatz sehr kindergeeignet
