Regarding food and dining, we are sorry to hear that your expectations were n ot met. We take hygiene and food quality very seriously, and we have strict standards in place to maintain cleanliness and offer a diverse and delicious menu. Additionally, we are proud to be an ISO certified hotel, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for all our guests. We do offer all children's favorites in our buffet in order to cater to the preferences of our younger guests, and we apologize if it was not adequately communicated during your stay. We strive to provide a variety of children's favorites also on our Tutti Frutti section that offers a delightful assortment of treats and snacks that kids adore.
