Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir leider ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen mit sehr viel Straßenlärm. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dies reklamiert und wir bekamen ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 2.Stock. Die Hotelleitung geht sehr auf die Wünsche jedes Einzelnen ein !! Danke dafür.
