Das ist das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war unsauber, balkon schimmelt, beim essen liegen die löffel herum die benutzt sind die zimmer sind eine katastrophe das bad verdreckt das ist kein 4 sterne hotel! Nicht mal ein stern! Es ist eine frechhheit 1400 für das zu verlangen und es als luxushotel zu beschreiben und falkensteiner tut nicht mal was wenn man dann tidunglücklich im zimmer sitzt und weint weil der einzige urlaub im jahr ein horror ist!
