Kindly be informed that our hotel consists of 3 parts: Villas - luxury villas with private pools; West bay - adults only and Beach Resort for everyone. Of course, each part has its own restaurants that are available to guests. It is certainly not about any class division. In fact, most of our guests regularly praise our service as very good and special. This also means that our guests deserve nothing less than a friendly and positive attitude at all times and under all circumstances, not just with tips. This is the bare minimum we can expect from our employees and is a core part of the training they receive. You can be sure that we will continue to pay attention to this. If, for any reason, we have not been able to provide you with this service, we apologize. Our guests also highly praise the cleanliness of our hotel. The beach of our hotel is almost 800 m long, and we have enough sunbeds for all our guests. Kindly be informed that Beach Service Plus is optional. Most of our guests enjoy this service because they don't want to think about a place on the beach, and along with the sunbeds, you also get a fridge with a cold drink. We always take the comments and complaints of our guests very seriously, and we apologize that we have not been able to meet all your expectations.
