Individual bungalows, each with a private bath, safe, sitting area. The compound is immaculate with balcony overlooking the sea, outdoor showers, full access to kitchen and main house. A car is available for hire and the owner is very friendly and will lead tours, if requested. I've been here 3 different times and have never been disappointed. La Guardia is a small fishing village. It is for those folks who want privacy, but close enough to the capital of Porlamar for fun and nightlife. Weather is great year round.
