Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your personal point of view. We are pleased to read that you at least though well of our location.We are sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. We strive to provide a superior service for our customer and we are sorry that you left the hotel thinking otherwise. Since we have no records, we would have liked to have been informed about all your inconveniences during your stay, so we could have helped you to enjoy your time at our hotel. We were sorry to read that you did not like the menu, as we offer a 14 Day Rotational Menu, with Theme evenings which caters to most international tastes. Also, you can rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems that you faced with the small mosquitos but as a Green Hotel we have to be very careful with the well being of our guests and the protection of our environment. Therefore, although we have undergone several infestations for insects and rodents, it is not easy to deal with the situation as we are right next to fields and the sea making it difficult to avoid various visitors to enter the Hotel.
