Ich bevorzuge bei jeder Reise die Hilton Kette und bin bereits Gold Member. Das Bonusprogramm kann ich an dieser Stelle wirklich weiterempfehlen. Es lohnt sich. Doch dieses Mal war ich ausnahmsweise mal nicht zufrieden, eher im Gegenteil. Der Check in verlief sehr holprig und der Mitarbeiter wusste nicht Bescheid. Während des Check Ins musste ich Ihm sagen was er zutun hat. Ein Upgrade konnte er mir nicht geben, da Sie nur Raucher Zimmer frei in einer höheren Kategorie hatten. Die dann nächst höhere Kategorie wollte er mir auf keinen Fall gewähren. Frühstück wollte er mir dann teuer verkaufen obwohl ich es inklusive hatte. Der roof top Pool ist eine tolle Location mit prima Aussicht aber bereits um 10 waren nur noch Stühle frei und keine liegen mehr. Ich hatte mir allgemein etwas mehr erhofft. Ich bin nur eine Nacht geblieben. Zum Glück. Tut mir schon im Herzen weh einem Hilton eine eher schlechte Bewertung zu geben, aber in diesem Fall muss es leider sein. Positiv war aber das Zimmer, welches geräumig war. Das Bad war komfortabel groß. Wir hatten Zimmer 707.

As one of our valued HHonors Gold members, we are equally disappointed to learn that we were not able to meet your expectations of a Hilton experience on this particular occasion. It is with regret that we acknowledged your dissatisfaction on your overall arrival experience as regrettably, an upgrade was not provided for your stay due unavailability and that you were also offered breakfast in the restaurant for an additional fee. Nevertheless, we’re glad that you have taken an effort to highlight the areas that made your stay remarkable such as the awesome views we have of the nearby creek and the Dubai city skyline from our rooftop pool as well as our spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
