Ich war im sogenannten Platinum Teil des Hotels. Zum Hotel gehören insgesamt 3 Hotels - die Anlagen aller 3 Hotels können als Platinum Gast benutzt werden. Leider waren im Zimmer extrem viele Mücken. Nachdem ich 30 Stück in 2 Tagen umgebracht habe, habe ich aufgehört zu zählen.

We also want to express our most sincere apologies for any possible inconvenience you may have had staying here with us. We deeply regret that you were disturbed by insects but it is important to mention that our property was built up over mangroves and it is surrounded by lush vegetation where insect’s reproduction is easily also here at the Caribbean mosquitoes are very common. However, we have a rigorous insect’s extermination three times a week trying to avoid its reproduction and it is always important the use of repellents for more protection.
