Check In dauerte über eine Stunde, Dusche schimmlig, verrosete Armaturen im Bad, Zimmerkarten funktionierten öfters nicht, Bettwäsche verschmutzt, Foyer schmutzig, Frühstücksservice eine Katastrophe, benutztes Besteck eingedeckt, keine Servietten... Das war kein 5 Sterne Hotel!
