Dear guest MO, We would like to thank you for staying in our resort on your vacation as well as for sharing this review with us and other travelers. Here, in Grecotel, the management and staff are on a continuous striving in order to offer our assistance to all of our guests and consequently, make their stay an enjoyable experience. For that reason, thank you for mentioning the nice food and drinks of our restaurants and bars. Furthermore, based on your valuable criticism, it appears that your experience with us was a nice one although, certain aspects did not entirely meet your expectations. Even though, thank you for expressing your thoughts as we can improve in all domains. Regarding the room state, we would like to inform you, that within the 22 years of life of this resort, we perform heavy & light maintenance works on a daily basis, as well as all necessary improvements, that confirm and support the 5 star quality of our resort. Moreover, we have already started a large renovation plan, that is going to continue and will reflect the absolute quality, that Grecotel Hotels & Resorts are proud for. As for your comments regarding no Grerman speakers, allow us to explain that our staff members speak English which is the common lingua franca in order to communicate with our international guests. Additionally, some members of our staff do speak some other languages such as German, Dutch and French although, they cannot be present at all times. Nevertheless, we would like to confirm our loyalty and striving efforts to offer the best possible service to each and every guest of us and thank you for your constructive feedback. As for the saltwater pools, kindly note that use fewer chemicals, reducing the environmental impact. Additionally, the reusable nature of the salt in the system decreases fresh water replenishment, which is a particularly valuable source on the island, making it a greener option.
