Aus DeutschlandDas Hauptrestaurant war ok aber die Speisen entweder geschmacklos oder sehr scharf. Aber es gab gute Alternativen in den Themenrestaurants. Dort schmeckte es sehr gut, auch andere Gäste bestätigten dies. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, das war auch ok. Die Klimaanlage unserer Tochter ließ sich nicht ausschalten, dies bemängelten wir 2x im Hotel, da hieß es das wäre normal. Das ging gar nicht. Als ich dann mit einer Kollegin von der Tui App Kontakt deswegen aufgenommen hatte, versuchte man das Problem auf spanisch über den Reiseleiter zu klären. Dies dauerte allerdings über eine Woche. Weiterhin fand ich es etwas blöd, dass unsere Zimmer ziemlich weit auseinander gelegen sind, zumal wir ja als Familie angereist sind. Zwei separate Zimmer aber doch als Familie. Ich hätte es besser gefunden wenn wir nebenan oder zumindestens in der Nähe die Zimmer gehabt haben. Es war manchmal mühsam sich jedes Mal Sachen zu bringen, die der andere nicht hatte.
