Dreckiges Zimmer, dreckige Gläser und Tassen wenn überhaupt verfügbar schlechtgelauntes Barpersonal, schlechte Cocktail minderwertig, es ist schon ein Ding das man dafür so viel Geld bezahlt, essen auch immer das gleiche und das bei 5 Sterne. Zuwenig Personal. Alle gestresst und das merkt man als Urlauber. Bwim Essen kein Geschirr ständig fehlt was Löffel Gläser Schüsseln.Lange Schlangen am Kaffee Automaten, der mit Kapseln betrieben wird,also nicht Nachhaltig. Ich buche da definitiv nie wieder. Die Anlage ansich ist ganz ok aber keine 5Sterne höchstens 3.Ich bin einfach enttäuscht.
