Mieser Service, dreckige Anlage, furchtbares Klientel und schlechtes Essen! Die 5* sind nur der Tatsache geschuldet, dass das Ambiente auf den ersten Blick schön anmutet. Eine klassische Mogelpackung!
Familienzimmer mit Swimup Pool gebucht. Unterkunft war super klein. Die Betten für die Kinder waren eine Holzkiste, auf der eine Matratze lag. Im ganzen Zimmer stank es modrig. Der Pool war ekelhaft dreckig. Minibar sollte täglich AI gefüllt werden; wurde einmal tatsächlich aufgefüllt. Room Service kam an 5 von 7 Tagen um 18h, sodass man keine frischen Handtücher hatte, um vor dem Abendessen zu duschen. Katastrophe!
Lauwarmer Einheitsbrei. Fast immer gleich schmeckende Gerichte. Wer hier abwechslungsreiche, griechische Küche erwartet, wird maßlos enttäuscht. In den Spezialitätenrestaurants war das Essen ok. Keinesfalls aber ein 5* Standard. Eher 3*.
Nicht vorhanden, demnach nicht bewertbar. Weder im Hotel noch am Pool, in den Snackrestaurants oder an anderen Stellen war genug Personal da. Dreckige Tische. Überall Müll. Überquillende Mülleimer. Alle Auflagen speckig und eingesaut. Am Pool sah es den ganzen Tag aus, als hätten wilde Sauforgien stattgefunden. Überall lagen Pappbecher rum. Einfach nur ekelhaft! Und in den meisten Fällen wurden Bestellungen falsch ausgeführt, weil 2/3 der Angestellten nur rudimentäres Englisch konnte.
Fahrt vom Airport ca. 20 Minuten. Ausflugsziele sind vorhanden. Am besten fährt man mit dem Taxi über die Insel. Zum Glück haben wir das Hotel oft für traumhafte Ausflüge auf der Insel verlassen können.
