Das Hilton Palm Dubai ist nach wie vor ein ordentliches Hotel auch wenn der Service etwas nachgelassen hat. Checkin hat ewig gedauert und auch die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war nicht immer wie gewünscht. Dennoch sind die Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig, das Gym immer noch top und der Executive Club hat vor allem Abends immer noch eine gute Auswahl (ZB frisches Sushi). Hotel ist empfehlenswert und ich komme nach wie vor gerne hier her.
