Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig , 5 Sterne konnte ich nirgendwo sehen. Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind super. Daumen hoch. Zimmer sauber, aber runtergekommen. All in bis 23:00 danach kostet es. Aber ok , Getränke sind nicht so dolle. Hotelstrand nur Softdrinks und kein Alkohol. Bier kostet extra. Essen am Strand, Fehlanzeige nur gegen Bezahlung. Pool soweit Ok. Liegen am Strand, voll durch. Lage nicht so toll, außerhalb vom Hotel sehr Geschäftstüchtige Einheimische ( Nervig). Hotelwahl und Lage schlecht gewählt. Leider.

We are absolutely delighted to hear that our staff were up to your expectations. Passing on your compliments to the team is always a great source of motivation. However, we take your remarks regarding the hotel's general condition and the 5-star classification very seriously. We acknowledge that the need for renovation is a priority, especially for the rooms you described as "clean, but run down." Please be assured that a renovation is planned beg november 2025 and bring our facilities back up to the quality level our guests deserve. Regarding the All-Inclusive package: We are sorry the quality of the drinks was not satisfactory. We will reassess our offerings and suppliers. We note your frustration regarding the time limit (ending at 11:00 PM) . Finally, regarding the location and the external environment, we understand that the persistent commercial activity from locals could be annoying. While this is inherent to the location, we are always looking for ways to improve our guests' comfort within the hotel grounds (e.g., the condition of the sunbeds, quality of facilities). We sincerely apologize that your experience was not entirely positive. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back after we have implemented our renovations and service improvements, allowing us to prove that we can offer you a true 5-star experience.
