Concerning the car parking; in fact, due to our central location we don’t own external parking but we have internal garage for our guests and public parking nearby. We are disappointed that we can’t meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear again that water was not hot enough for your child. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
