We are pleased to hear that you found the newly renovated bathrooms to be a positive aspect of your stay. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that several elements did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the general condition of the hotel, the food selection, and the lack of dietary and speciality options have been shared with our kitchen and management teams. We continuously review our menus, and your feedback will be taken into consideration as we explore ways to offer more variety and healthier alternatives. We also regret any inconvenience caused by facilities that were not fully operational, such as billiards and mini golf, as well as the absence of a bicycle rental service or a designated storage area. These points have been passed on to the relevant departments for evaluation. Regarding sustainability, we understand the importance of reducing plastic use and improving waste management, and we are working gradually to implement more environmentally friendly practices throughout the hotel.
