Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick sehr gediegen. Zimmer sind groß aber dunkel. Betten bequem. Ruhige Umgebung. Nur leider wird man um 6:50 mit einem Höhlenlärm und Scheinwerferlicht des Rasenmähers aus dem Schlaf gerissen! Der Rasenmäher hat den Golfplatz von 06:50 an 1,5 Stunden lang gemäht! Die Schwimmbäder draußen sind nur vorteilhaft fotografiert. Beide sind klein und ein sportliches nicht möglich. Alle Fugen im Schwimmbad sind schwarz verschimmelt. Es huschten Ratten umher! Die Qualität des Essens ist gut. Allerdings beherbergt das Hotel große und sehr laute Gruppen. Der Lärmpegel im Speisesaal war unerträglich! Das Warten auf ein Stückchen gegrilltes Fleisch oder Fisch an dem Grillstand Betrug mindestens 20 Minuten! Ein schönes gemeinsames Essen war somit unmöglich. Wir waren noch nicht mit dem Essen ganz fertig als uns die Getränkerechnung gebracht wurde, die wir sofort unterschreiben mussten! Unser Einwand, dass wir noch gar nicht fertig sind, interessierte den Kellner nicht! Wir sind dann gleich gegangen. So etwas haben wir in einem hotel noch nie erlebt. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dem Hotel nicht gegeben.

We assure you that our hotel makes a great effort for their control through the collaboration with a leading company However, despite our efforts these animals may find their way into our facilities without us being aware of it, being in a rural environment. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this event during your stay. In the same way, we apologize if you perceived noises in your room coming from machinery and do not doubt that our maintenance team will perform an additional check to solve any existing deficiency. We remind you that for future stays, you can always ask to our reception team so they can offer assistance and if necessary you can arrange a room change. In addition we are very sorry to read that during your holyday you perceived that the service provided from our staff at the buffetwas not according to our usual standards, since we train our staff day by day to deliver good experiences to every guests and help them in any matter they may need. We assure you that this behavior you mentioned has being a punctual incident that does not correspond to our level of service and we guarantee you we have already transfer your feedback to de departments related in order for them to reaffirm our standards and provide a better service in the future. Regarding the showcocking service during dinner,it is usually very fluid and with no waiting times. However, it is possible that sometimes, due to high demand from guests, there may be a few minutes of waiting time. We are sorry if the waiting time was too long.
