Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Räumen gebucht. Wir bekamen ein Mini Zimmer....kein Tisch zum Essen....wir forderten ein anderes Zimmer...hat grundsätzlich gepasst, jedoch in einem Raum kein Verdunkelungsvorhang/ nur ein alter durchsichtiger Stor...Straßenlaterne ganze Nacht, extreme Hitze.....keine Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück eher schlicht
Ich schlief im Küchen/Wohnbereich auf einer stinkenden Couch
Frühstück war sehr einfach...selten Obst Atmosphäre war okay
Wie bekamen auf Wunsch ein anderes Appartement....größer und 2 Räume
Unser Appartement war im Erdgeschoß, neben der Straße, grelle Straßenbeleuchtung, kein Blick auf das Meer sondern auf eine Steinmauer.

Dearest guest, thank you for your review. We appreciate everyone's comments so we can improve on what isn't up to standards. Unfortunately, I don't understand why you wrote these comments. Upon arrival you were given an upstairs apartment with full seaview and two seperate sleeping areas with a double bed and a single bed plus a huge terrace. You did not like this room as you wanted a different sleeping arrangement as you said to me. I showed you the other apartment also telling you specifically that the view is much better in the other room but you insisted on this apartment. Lefkos is not known for sports and entertainment it is known for quiet, nice beaches and great food! As for the heat, when you booked the room with your company you knew AC was not included plus you also came in July, the hottest time in Greece. With Kind Regards, Hotel Krinos owner
