Das Hotel war bei meiner Buchung noch als Best Western Hotel klassifiziert, was sich im Nachhinein als falsch darstellte. Bei der Buchung wurde mir zwar mitgeteilt, dass zu meinem Aufenthalt vor dem Hotel ein Event stattfindet, aber Parkmöglichkeiten in gehweite vorhanden wären. Bei meiner Ankunft am frühen Abend waren dann Parkplätze etwa 1,5 Km entfernt zu bekommen. Auf telefonische Nachfrage war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und überaus unwillig mir entgegenzukommen. Aus diesem Grund würde ich in diesem Hotel nicht übernachten!

Dear Sir, Our hotel left Best Western in December 2016, we are very surprised to read that when you booked we were still part of the chain as it wasn't the case. You booked your stay on Booking.com, where it was never mentioned "Best Western". We would be very interested in knowing where you found such information, except in old comments dating back to 2016 and before, which can't be deleted by Google. At the time of booking, we contacted you by email to let you know there was an event near the hotel and that parking would be difficult, but indeed within walking distance.(10 minutes at most) When you called, you told us you didn't know about the event. You were rude and agressive to our staff and seemed to expect her to go and collect and carry your luggage for you. We were never reluctant to accommodate you, YOU cancelled your booking. All the Binic car parks are situated only 10 minutes MAXIMUM from the city centre. Are you sure you were parked in the right village?
