Als wir morgens um 7 Uhr, mit unserem Baby (4 Monate), endlich im hotel angekommen sind wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es bis 14 Uhr!!!!!!!!!! dauern kann, bis wir in das Zimmer dürfen. Hallo?? Mit Baby!!! Das fand ich sehr sehr frech. Als wäre die Ankunft nicht schon blöd genug gewesen, erwartet uns im dreckigen Zimmer KEIN babybett obwohl uns dies vor der Reise zugesagt wurde. Der kleine schlief, bis wir nach 2 Tagen das eklige Zimmer gewechselt haben, im buggy. Und das schöne ist ja, dass es NUR ein Schlüssel gibt. Man hat uns auch offen in Gesicht angelogen, als wir danach fragten wie die Abendprogramme / animationen im hotel so sind.... Angeblich gebe es ein DJ, dann live music, dann spiele etc...NICHTS! Jeder der dort hin reisen möchte, empfehle ich etwas zu essen mitzunehmen, schmecken tut es dort nicht!! Und immer das selbe. Bloß kein all in buchen. Wäre der kleine nicht dabei, würde ich kein Tag in dem Pool verbringen wollen.... Langweilig und einfach zu klein. Zudem muss für alles separat gezahlt werden, Handtücher.... Klima, Tresor, etc. Kos ist wirklich traumhaft,in der Stadt kann man sehr gut essen gehen. Def zu empfehlen.

We are very sorry to read that upon arrival you had to wait until you check in to your room.But you see that is what happens ALL OVER THE WORLD when you book s room in a hotel.Check in is 14:00 and check out 12:00(in some hotels even earlier).If you new that you were coming so early in the morning-and after a long night flying- and specially with a 4 month baby, you should have booked the room the day before in order to be sure you will have RIGHT upon arrival!!!!!!!!! Regarding the evening animation,I really do not understand yoyr point.We do have 3 events per week.That in a hotel that is NO club hotel and has NO obligation or promis whatsoever for ANY animation or entertainment af any kind.Despite that we offer to our guests one Greek night with Greek live music and dances,one Italian noght with Italian specialities,one disco night with disco music, one piano night with dance music and finally one BBQ night.If all the above does not meet your expectation then think what you have paid for pour holidays here andteel us what EXCACTLY you were promised and didn't recieve............ Finally, to end with your out of this world complaints,I dare you to tell us what excactly we charged you for that we didn't have the right to do and you will have one week at Roselad's FREE!!!!!
