Dear Jessica, Thank you for selecting to visit the uniquely rich island of Samos while staying at our hotel! We read your impressions about your staying experience in our hotel and your attributed rating and we are rather puzzled. You found the food to be of very little choice, but you being yourself always full, your room clean and renovated, always in order, yet your rate depicts otherwise, the staff friendly and the beach clean with adequacy of loungers anytime you needed them. Our hotel constantly offers a highly tasteful menu, with adequate choices at our buffet, focused on fresh ingredients and intriguing food combinations. Your contribution shall be taken into account, though, it is important. Our inside bar where drinks, coffees, packaged ice-creams, etc. are charged, is kind of stupid for you. It is essential to mention here that our hotel and bar is not an all inclusive one and that’s it; it is open for visitors from our other accommodation, local citizens, guests booked with other board agreement and customers using it when events, exhibitions, conferences and meetings are hosted in our premises. The pool bar is solely for serving our all inclusive guests, so that the waiting time is minimized and that is for your better service. About the hotel’s condition, it is not a new one, but it is well maintained and renovation plans are getting organized for it.
