Dear Guest, Please accept my appologies if you experienced any inconvenience during your time with us, or more specifcally, when serviced by our reception. Check in time is normally at 4pm so rooms are usually not ready in advance. Occasionlly and depending on availability we might have rooms ready for early check ins, though this is not guarantee. Regarding our check out policy, we do charge 10CUC per extra hour of room use after 12pm on check our day, this may be payed by cash or credit card. I always like to advise our guests that credit card sistems are fairly new and conections have their problems their and now so is always better to pay cash, and ask for a receipt.
