Das Hotel liegt recht gut in Wroclaw. Die Zimmer und die Bar waren auch ganz gut. Allerdings sollte ich für meine Zahlung in Euro auf einmal eine Gebühr von 9,5% bezahlen -> unverschämt !!

Regarding the fee, when paying with a foreign currency card, you have the option to pay in the local currency with an additional fee from the card operator (which is displayed on the terminal) or in the currency of your country at the bank's exchange rate. We always leave this decision to our guests. The fee added for the exchange rate when paying by card is never dependent on our hotel.
