Hotel ist typisch griechischer Standard - dies war der erste Eindruck und eigentlich auch recht sauber. Leider verdirbt einem der unfreundliche Manager und das darunter angstellte Personal schnell den Urlaub. Sie können keine Auskunft geben ohne den Manager zu fragen und wenn dann ist alles negativ. Wir hatten auch ein Room Service Breakfast vereinbart - welches nie geliefert wurde! Dusche hatte brühend heißes Wasser, musste man länger laufen lassen, dass es etwas kühl wurde. Karte zum Zimmer funktionierte immer erst beim 3. Mal. Fitnessstudio leider auch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand... keine Hilfe vom Personal wenn etwas nicht funktioniert!

Dear guest, in regards to your review above, we regret that you did not have an enjoyable vacation with us but we are obliged to state a few facts, in order to help future guests have a clear view; you state that the staff and the manager of the hotel were unfriendly and impolite. If this were so, why did you not report it to your tour operator representative and ask to be re-assigned to a different hotel where the staff would be more polite? You then proceed to state something about the manager (again) not answering to questions, not providing information... Again, if you could not communicate with the manager, why did you not ask to speak with another member of the reception to get any and all the information that you needed? (Please bear in mind that the manager is not at the hotel 24/7, the staff is to service any and all needs of each guest). In terms of the room service - breakfast; I am not aware what "you agreed on" and with who, but the hotel does not offer "agreed" breakfast room service with any tour operator. As far as the hotel water that you say, during your whole stay you experienced trouble? The supply was not satisfactory? If this is the case why again did you not report it (if the hotel staff was impolite and not helpful) to your tour operator rep? Lastly, regarding the gym; you are entitled to your own opinion, but as I mentioned before you should try and be more accurate and concise when you say it was in poor condition; what exactly was the problem that you experienced? Despite the wrongful statements about the equipment begin in poor condition, please note that ALL equipment are regularly maintained and kept in pristine condition. In closing, it is easy to go online for your own reasons and start making comments that bear no reality. Again, if you had so many problems, one wonders how it is that you did not report any to the hotel staff or your tour operator, or yet again why you did not ask to be moved.
