Dear Diana, Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your holidays at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort. Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. How lovely that you were satisfied with our pool area. As for our valuable staff, your words give us the boost we all need to continue. Let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms and our restaurants, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Chalkidiki. If one takes in to account: • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. As for our beach, let me state that we have obtained Blue Flag and our staff daily takes care in order to remain clean. If we were informed about your dissatisfaction while you were in house, we would have immediately found solution. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
