Dear Stefan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your holidays at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort. Both positive and negative comments are utilized and accepted by our resort because it helps us to become better and improve our services even more. Regarding our rooms and our Main Restaurant, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Also, let me state that our resort’s beach is rewarded with a Blue Flag. Furthermore, our resort cooperates with people who are kind and polite for many years. We’ve never had a bad feedback regarding our staff. On the contrary, if you take the time and read our reviews, we receive so many comments praising them and thanking them for their services and kindness. As for our prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Chalkidiki. If one takes in to account: • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. We assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration. If a guest is not satisfied in any aspect, we are available and ready to discuss and give solutions as exceeding our guests’ expectations is one of our primal goals.
