Dear Axel, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to write such a positive review. We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice stay and relaxing holidays in Greece. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our beach. As for our valuable staff, your words give us the boost we all need to continue. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Regarding our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that we have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables and that our food is being prepared by specialized Chefs with care and attention aiming in the best quality and taste for our guests. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. In addition, our animation program provides multiple activities every day such as Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Zumba, Karaoke and Movie nights, Bingo and many more both for adults and children. Adults can exercise according to the sport activities and join theme parties. As for the kids, they absolutely should not miss paint and adventure activities. We also provide Saxophone nights, Live music, Greek nights and Live DJ. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves. We are really glad that in the end you are pleased and we were extremely happy to host you.
