Schöne Anlage,sehr freundliches Personal, eher hellhörig, Essen ok, aber auch nur OK. Frühstück Auswahl dürfte größer sein wenig frische Produkte wie Obst. Zimmer sind sauber aber sollte besser gewartet sein.
Ausstattung ist OK. Mal tut eine Steckdose nicht oder ein Licht. Wandhalterung des Duschkopfes wackelt und fällt bald heraus.
Sehr laut. Es fehlen mehr frische Produkte. Für eine Anlage dieser Größe finde ich das Essen OK. Aber nur OK. Sind in den 10 Tagen abends lieber außerhalb Essen gegangen.
Reinigung ist gut. Empfang sehr freundlich und geht auf die Anliegen ein.
Die Lage ist schön. Ca eine Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt. Geht aber mit dem Mietwagen problemlos.

Ein 33,3m Schwimmer Pool. Nicht geheizt. Wasser Qualität ist OK. Aber der Boden ist grün von Algen. Fliessen defekt. Fitness ist OK. Massage Weltklasse. Alexandra hat jede Verspannung gefunden und gelöst.

Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our location and that you are satisfied with our Fitness Studio. As for our valuable staff, your words give us the boost we all need to continue. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Regarding, our guest rooms’ isolation, I would like to point out that all of our guestrooms are fully isolated and if there was a problem with the neighbor rooms we would have been more than happy to solve it while you were in house. Furthermore, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. Also, I would like to inform you that we have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables and that our food is being prepared by specialized Chefs with care and attention aiming in the best quality and taste for our guests. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. We are pleased to inform you that our pool is indeed heated. Please note that the pool's temperature is adjusted based on the current outdoor conditions. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves. We are really glad that in the end you are pleased and we were extremely happy to host you.
