Wer den beschriebenen Luxus, sowie Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier falsch. Im Restaurant herrschte sowohl beim Frühstück wie auch beim Abendessen eine Geräuschkulisse wie in einer Großkantine. Zur Verpflegung: wir sind nicht verhungert. Es gab zwar immer ein reichliches Angebot, das allerdings geschmacklich nicht überzeugen konnte. Meiner Meinung nach fehlten auch wirklich landestypische Speisen. Das Zimmer war hellhörig, das Badezimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen (lediglich eine Duschecke in einer kleinen Badewanne). Der Außenbereich Strand/Pool war OK, das Personal freundlich. Ich werde diese Anlage nicht weiterempfehlen.

Regarding our facilities, please allow me to share that our rooms, pool, beach, and all guest areas are maintained daily by our dedicated team. Our food is prepared by specialized Chefs with great care, offering seasonal fruits and vegetables and nightly themed dinner buffets. We regret if any aspect of your stay did not meet your expectations and would have been happy to address any concerns while you were in-house. Our resort also provides a variety of daily activities, entertainment programs, and amenities designed for both adults and children. The pool is heated (temperature varies according to weather), and our beach bar operates according to seasonal hours. We also try to accommodate late checkouts whenever possible, ensuring privacy and storage facilities for our guests. It is unfortunate that you did not inform us about your concerns during your stay, as it is our company policy to resolve any issues immediately. We guarantee that, if we had been notified, we would have done everything possible to assist you. All in all, we apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced. Exceeding our guests’ expectations is one of our primary goals, and we are genuinely sorry that we did not fully succeed in your case.
