Da wir bei der Autovermietung Probleme hatten, sind wir erst spät angekommen. Auch hier lief es nicht gleich rund weil man nicht unseren Reservierungswunsch nicht beachtet hatte. Da mussten wir erstmal das uns angewiesene Zimmer beziehen und im Kühlschrank lagen zwei Lunchpakete. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in unser Wunschzimmer einziehen.

  • Die Zimmer waren eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig.

  • Jeden Tag das gleiche bis wenig Abwechslung. Qualitativ einem 3 Sterne Hotel zuzuordnen. z.B. wurden Omletts vermutlich aus Eipulver zubereitet. Aus großen Kübeln wurden mit Kellen die flüssige Masse in die Pfanne gegeben.

  • Gute Ausflugsziele gab es nicht in der Nähe, dazu musste man weiter fahren.

First and foremost, we are happy to hear that you found our staff up to five-star hotel standards and that you appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of both our beach and pool areas. Positive comments like yours about our team are always appreciated and shared with everyone, as they give us the motivation to keep improving. Regarding your comments on the gastronomy, we are sorry to read that our buffet did not live up to your standards. We do offer daily themed dinners (such as Greek, Italian, Fish night, etc.) in addition to our regular options, and all meals are prepared by professional Chefs using fresh, seasonal ingredients. However, your feedback is very valuable to us, and we assure you it will be taken seriously by our kitchen team. As for the room quality, our resort is under regular improvement and step-by-step renovations take place every year. We are glad that we were eventually able to accommodate your room preference on the following day. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced upon arrival and during the check-in process. Although the late arrival due to the car rental company was outside our control, we always strive to support our guests in any way possible. At this point, allow us to kindly mention that had we been informed about your dissatisfaction during your stay, we would have done our best to assist you and provide immediate solutions. Guest satisfaction is our top priority, and our team is always available and willing to help on the spot. Although your overall impression was not as positive as we would have hoped, we thank you for your constructive feedback.
