Dear Uli, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your holidays at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort. We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice experience and wonderful holidays among us. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our beach and that you are satisfied with our Fitness Studio. As for our valuable staff, your words give us the boost we all need to continue. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Our resort’s location is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kriopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Chalkidiki. If one takes in to account: • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
