Dear Madam / Sir; We deeply appreciate your comments about your stay and we are sorry for your concerns about everything you mentioned in your report. We always take note of all complaints in order to solve them and make sure that none of our clients return home with the feeling you had. We will surely use your comments to avoid any future unhappy guests. With all due respect allow me to explain the following concerning your comments: During your stay period we only had 5 rooms with Russian guests.Regarding the figures you mention about clients nationalities are not correct. Regarding comments about furniture of the 70`s let me say to you that this hotel has been in operation for only 11 years. About the staff first of all we do not have not even one employee from Russia.All our staff is carefully chosen and they all have tags with their names-so if you could provide the two names of waiters you mentioned will be helpful . I would also kindly request you to inform me your room number if it is possible. Once again regarding my staff we generally receive good comments about their kindness and friendliness,this is why our hotel has a high percentage of repeaters which is by the way one of the highest in the island of Kos. Finally, I regret that you left the hotel without getting in contact with myself, therefore not giving me the opportunity to provide you with an on the spot solution to your problem.
