Erster Eindruck galt als perfekte Unterkunft. Es ist viel Luft nach oben. Für Deutschsprachige und Vegetarier ungeeignet.
TV mit nur drei deutschsprachigen Sender, insgesamt gute Ausstattung auch mit Klimaanlage, sehr sauber. Im Flur ist der Teppich sehr alt. Badzimmertür hat sich ohne unser zutun abgeschlossen. Das Problem ist wohl bekannt.
Viel Hänchen- und Schweinefleisch auch Fisch. Grundsätzlich abwechslungsreich und doch gefühlt immer gleich. Wenig Angebote / Abwechslung von vegetarischen Gerichten. Die Snacks am Pool waren immer gleich und nur mit Fleisch. Diese Umgebung war eher weniger ansprechend. Auch die Kühlschrankangebote sahen unappetitlich aus. Für Kinder gut abgestimmt. Die Atmosphäre war gut.
Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich. Der Personalmangel war spürbar. Das Personal gab das Beste.
Ein Stunde vom Airport zum Hotel ist zu lang. Der Bus nach Stadt Kos und zu den Ausflugszielen war gut erreichbar.

Der Spa ist toll. Die Animation war nicht ansprechend und abwechslungsreich. Das Abendprogramm startete erst um 21.30 Uhr. Die Poolanlage war sauber. Am Strand waren wir nicht, weil es kein Sandstrand war und ein paar hundert Meter zu laufen waren.
