As a hotel located in a Mediterranean environment, occasional presence of insects can occur; however, we maintain a strict and continuous pest control program, and your feedback has already been shared with our maintenance team for immediate review and additional preventive measures. Regarding the mosquitoes, this is also a seasonal factor, especially during warmer periods, but we are continuously working on improving our control methods to enhance guest comfort. Concerning the pool temperature, kindly note that our outdoor pools are not heated, which can indeed make them feel cooler during the autumn months.
