Dear Ulrike, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your comments about the location and beach. We apologize that the air conditioning system did not meet your expectations. We understand the frustration of returning to a warm room and will investigate this issue. We also note your feedback regarding the lunch menu options and the availability of dishes within the all-inclusive package. We understand the inconvenience of the fitness room's location at the sister resort and the size of the room and wardrobe for a longer stay. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, as they will help us improve our facilities and services. Nevertheless, we are saddened to read that you won't be returning.
