Die Pools waren 2 von 3 meistens unbrauchbar, da entweder weisser Schaum oben auf schwamm, oder das Wasser eine grenzwertige Verfärbung aufwies. Die Umwälzpumpen waren wohl schon in die Jahre gekommen, funktionierten nie alle.

Die Toilette war undicht, wurde nach 2 Tagen repariert. Der Zimmerservice hat oft 3-4 Stunden am Nachmittag gebraucht, um Betten zu richten, Handtücher usw. zu tauschen, da nie alles komplett dabei war. Zwei der 3 Pools waren grenzwertig, da zum Teil weisser Belag oben schwamm, bzw. das Wasser eine unansehnliche grüne Farbe hatte. Das Frühstücksbufett ist grenzwertig einfach, jeden Tag dasselbe, beim Abendessen fast alle Beilagen (Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln) kalt, die Hauptgerichte zum Teil verbraten, verbrannt. Unterstes Kantinenniveau. 3 x gab es frischen Fisch, den man nach eigener Anweisung braten lassen musste, da sonst zu trocken gebraten, dann war wenigstens der ok. Nur der Manager der Rezeption, Herr Ayin, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We take cleanliness and pool hygiene very seriously. All three of our swimming pools are maintained daily and treated according to strict health and safety protocols. What may appear as foam or water discoloration can sometimes result from weather changes, sunscreen use, or a high number of bathers — but this is promptly managed by our maintenance team. Our filtration systems are functional, and any technical issues are handled as a priority. Regarding the toilet issue in your room, we sincerely apologize for the delay in repair. While this is not a common occurrence, we understand how frustrating it can be, and we are addressing this with our maintenance scheduling to ensure quicker response times. Concerning room servicing, our housekeeping team follows a rotation based on occupancy levels, and we regret if the process took longer on certain days or items were temporarily missing. We appreciate your patience and have already discussed the need for better follow-through with the team. With regard to your dining experience, we offer a buffet with rotating menus combining local Creole and international dishes. We are sorry that the variety and temperature did not meet your expectations. We’ll certainly review your comments with our kitchen staff, as our aim is to offer flavorful and well-prepared meals to suit different tastes. It’s worth noting, however, that many guests appreciate the authenticity of our dishes and themed evenings. We are grateful that you highlighted the excellent service provided by Mr. Ajay at Reception. He is indeed a valued member of our team, and we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words.
