Es ist das wohl einzige 4-Sterne Hotel in der Gegend. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort. Viele Bustouristen. Wenn es abends Buffet gibt, geht es zu wie in einem Bahnhof. Die Qualität des Essens lässt dann auch nach. Allerdings gab es an unserem zweiten Abend ein Menü. Das war sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Im Innenhof gibt es einen kleinen Pool. Zimmer war sehr klein, ohne Balkon. Wir hatten superior gebucht, aber nicht bekommen. Man hätte es uns für die zweite Nacht angeboten. Allerdings erst nach Reklamation, dann auch ohne jede Entschuldigung. Man merkt, dass der Hotelbesitzer das Monopol dort hat.

Dear Guest, DANKE for taking your time to post your feedback on your stay at our four star hotel directly on the rocks and the sea. I am pleased that you found my staff friendly and our À la carte menu very good. IMPORTANT; all our double and twin rooms (both STD & DELUXE) are 26m2 in size. The one you occupied was a double with extra-long queen size bed and these rooms do not have balconies but do have large sliding windows with excellent sea views and located on the rocks below. ALL twin rooms (STD & DELUXE) offer balconies. I am pleased that my staff changed your room to satisfy your needs. Namibia’s reputable lodges and hotels host tour groups as well as the self-drive market. Our extensive full buffet at dinner time (selected evenings only) is normally very well accepted by the vast majority of our guests and visiting patrons (non-residents). Our hotel received the top HAN EXCELLENCE AWARD for 2015 & 2016 and this award is given to hotels and lodges as voted for by guests and the whole award scheme is independently audited. Our hotel is the only four star hotel in southern Namibia and in regular price comparison surveys, our hotel offers one of the lowest rack rates.
