Schön gelegenes Hotel in Lüderitz. Etwas angestaubt. Man kann nicht gerade sagen, dass man sich an der Rezeption über Gäste gefreut hat. Es müsste in Renovierung der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels investiert werden.

    Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your feedback on our hotel and I am sorry that our award winning hotel did not meet your very high expectations. We take all guest feedback very seriously and hence why ALL the recent upgrades and additions (kindly refer below) have been made to provide you, our valued guest, with the best possible experience at affordable rates. We will continue to improve our product offering and importantly; to deliver a friendly hospitable service that we are well known for. In an audited independent survey, 220 top business executives and government officials, voted our hotel as *Namibia’s Top Resort Hotel 2013*. DID YOU KNOW that according to various online surveys (last 5 years), our rates offer the best value of all four star hotels in Namibia. UPGRADES/RENOVATIONS I am pleased to advise you that during 2013 and 2014 we embarked on a major renovation programme and to date we have completed Phases 1 & 2. ALL our rooms and all 3 luxurious suites were fitted with new flat screen HD TVs with additional sports channels, ALL beds were fitted with brand new extra wide duvets, ALL double rooms were fitted with brand new extra wide extra long queen size beds (2014), most rooms and all 3 Suites fitted with brand new large laptop safes, ALL bathrooms and rooms have been deep cleaned and currently, some bathrooms are being further improved. We also constructed a brand new leisure facility called the Crayfish Bar & Lounge (on the upper deck) which is the best social venue in Luderitz and offers a wonderful menu including fresh Luderitz oysters. The exterior of the building has been completely repainted (twice) in the last 5 years alone – due to the extreme desert and coastal conditions. For added convenience, the swimming pools are currently being heated. NB! Renovations Project - PHASE 3. in the future will include the complete renovation of our rooms (carpets and curtains) and this will cost millions of N$ as all materials are imported into Namibia.
