Mittelklasse Hotel in schöner Lage, etwas abgewohnt. Bei uns im Zimmer ließ sich die oberlichte nicht mehr schließen. Freundliches Personal, Super Frühstücksbuffet. Grandiose Aussicht über die Bucht.

    Dear Guest, DANKE for posting your feedback on your stay at our hotel in May 2016. I am pleased that you found my staff friendly as we place much importance on delivering a friendly service. I am also delighted that you liked our fantastic location right on the rocks and the sea as well as our full buffet breakfast - FREE for all in-house guests. We are told by the vast majority of our guests that our full buffet breakfast is one of the best in Namibia. IMPORTANT; In my guest review responses on HolidayCheck, I have commented on the many and ongoing renovations and improvements to our hotel. On 01 May 2016, we launched 8 brand new contemporary DELUXE ROOMS on our top/3rd floor. These DELUXE rooms have received highly positive feedback on all online platforms. ALL our STANDARD ROOMS have now been fitted with: Brand new remote controlled air-conditioning units (wall mounted), HD TV, glass shower screens for all baths with overhead showers, large laptop safe, extra-large duvets, extra-long queen size beds (double rooms) and CURRENTLY; new curtains are being fitted. The next stage will be the full renovation of ALL standard rooms with baths - it is our objective to complete this major renovation stage by 31 December 2016. ALL renovations, improvements and additions to our our award winning four star hotel are due to GUEST FEEDBACK which we take very seriously. DESERT LOCATION It is also important for me to mention that we installed a massive POWER GENERATOR which provides FULL POWER (electric) to our hotel when/if there are power shortages/stoppages in Luderitz from NAMPOWER. This happens from time to time and our valued guests are not affected. This is just one of the reasons why the LUDERITZ NEST HOTEL received the 2015 HAN EXCELLENCE AWARD - Namibia's top hotel award.
