I am pleased that you liked your double room right on the sea! IMPORTANT INFORMATION; ALL our rooms, Standard & Deluxe rooms have direct sea views, all are 26m2 in size (Family Rooms 52m2 & Executive Suites 49m2), most have small balconies and the entire hotel is non-smoking (as per NAMIBIAN LAW). We do have certain smoking areas but only outside. Our hotel was opened by the State President of Namibia, HE Dr. Sam Nujoma on 24 April 1998 and since then, we have invested N$millions to maintain and improve our hotel and its facilities, e.g. NEW Crayfish Lounge (100m2 in 2014), NEW Deluxe Rooms (May 2016), Fully renovated bar (2014), NEW remote-controlled air-conditioners in ALL rooms (2016), NEW wheelchair ramps/railings 2016, NEW EU Emergency systems (2015) +++ We place enormous importance on GUEST FEEDBACK and we DO take corrective action when our guest tells us something is not 100%.
